End User License Agreement (EULA) for Busaty Parents App

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and the Busaty Parents App provider. By downloading and using this app, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

  1. License Grant

The Busaty Parents App is licensed, not sold, to you. The app provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.

You may not:

  • Distribute, transfer, sublicense, or make the app available over a network for use by multiple devices at the same time.
  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the app.
  1. Data Collection & Privacy

The app may collect technical and usage data related to your device and its interactions with the app. This data is used to improve services and enhance your experience. The app provider does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for the app’s functionality.

  1. External Services

The Busaty Parents App may integrate with third-party services to provide enhanced features, such as real-time school bus tracking. You acknowledge that:

  • These external services operate independently, and their terms of use may apply.
  • The app provider is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
  1. No Warranty

The Busaty Parents App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The app provider does not guarantee that the app will always function without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Unauthorized access to user data
  1. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by either you or the app provider. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app from all your devices.

  1. Compliance with Laws

You agree not to use the Busaty Parents App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to restrictions on data usage, child safety, and transportation monitoring.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.

By using the Busaty Parents App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this End User License Agreement.

Additional Steps for Compliance

  • Ensure this page is accessible from the app’s settings menu.
  • Provide a link to this agreement in the “User Privacy Choices URL” field when submitting the app to the App Store.
  • Keep this document updated in case of any changes to app policies or Apple’s guidelines.
