Welcome to the Busaty Parent App (“App”), operated by Emad Hamza (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide and enhance our services, including:

  • Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
  • Information about your child (name, school, and transportation details).
  1. Location Data
  • Precise location (GPS and network-based) – used for tracking school bus routes when enabled.
  • Approximate location (network-based) – used to improve service efficiency.
  1. Device Data
  • Unique device identifiers and metadata to enhance security and functionality.
  1. Storage Access
  • Read, modify, or delete contents of your device’s storage, if necessary for app functionality (e.g., caching data for better performance).
  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide real-time school bus tracking for parents.
  • Send notifications about bus arrivals, delays, and route changes.
  • Enhance app functionality and improve user experience.
  • Ensure safety and reliability of transportation services.
  1. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share data in the following cases:

  • With Service Providers: To support app functionality (e.g., cloud storage, push notifications).
  • With Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect users’ rights and safety.
  1. Subscription & Payment Information
  • The app offers a premium subscription that enables ad-free usage and real-time tracking of the child’s bus route during an active school trip.
  • Users can subscribe for one month, six months, or one year via the Busaty Pro section in the Settings page.
  • All subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, including Apple Pay.

We do not offer any other digital or physical product sales apart from the above-mentioned subscriptions.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Busaty Parent App is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child’s data has been collected, contact us at support@busaty.org, and we will promptly remove it.

  1. Apple Pay & PassKit Framework

This app integrates Apple Pay for in-app subscription payments. Users can subscribe to Busaty Pro through Apple’s secure payment system, ensuring a seamless experience. If the PassKit framework is detected in the app, it is used solely for Apple Pay functionality.

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the app, along with the updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
